YOGA SCHEDULE UPDATES:
The Groovy Power Classes on 1/22 and 1/27 are canceled as well as the Candlelight class on 1/22.

We offer many different classes and specialized services throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule. GROOVY POWER YOGA

Mondays and Wednesdays:

10:00 -11:15am


Instructor:  Kay Findley

One hour of dynamic yoga that works your full body! Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice.  An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.  All fitness and body types welcome! Music is incorporated in this class.

GENTLE YOGA 

Tuesdays ​and Fridays

10:00 - 11:15 a.m. 

Instructor:  Sheri Sinclair

Whether you are new to yoga or prefer a gentle slower pace, this class is for you.  Gentle yoga is an excellent class and very popular among our new and senior yoga students.

FLOW YOGA I

Tuesdays

4:00pm - 5:15pm 

&

5:45pm - 7:00pm

Instructor:  Sheri Sinclair

Posture therapy infused flow yoga.  This is a great class for most levels and has become a class favorite!  The running community is also encouraged to attend this class as Sheri can help you with tips and advice on staying injury-free.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Wednesdays 

5:45-7:00 PM

Instructor: Sheri Sinclair

A slower-paced and less challenging yoga flow class. An excellent choice for those new to yoga and those with mild limitations. Great for those who prefer a more relaxed class.

FLOW YOGA II

Thursdays

10:00am - 11:15am

&

5:45pm - 7:00pm

Instructor:  Sheri Sinclair

Step onto your mat ready to leave work at the door and let go of anything holding you back from being your best self.  You will be lead through a series of flowing poses aimed at releasing the stresses of the day and starting anew.  Everyone is welcome!

VIN & YIN YOGA

Only on January 18th

12:00-1:15 PM 

Instructor: Kay Findley

1 hour and 15 minutes of vinyasa flow ending our session with Yin yoga poses.  Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body (nadis) to release blockages and increase your energy (flow).  All fitness and body types welcome! Music is incorporated in this class.

BEGINNING YOGA AT AWAKEN

A Four Week Series Starting on January 6

There is a new beginning yoga series starting at Awaken! The class starts on January 6th and is from 5:45 to 7pm. This is an ongoing class throughout winter and no registration is needed.
